Hello,

SEE THE BIG PICTURE.

I'm Eric Johnson, and I'm a very successful mortgage banker for 12 years because I keep myself available to ALL my clients from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.  Monday thru Saturday.  I don't get paid if you don't get your money,  so I'm never, "away from MY desk".   Not too many bankers can say that!

Hire me to represent your best interests.  I invest in people that invest in me.  I'm knowledgable,  honest,  in touch with the market,   in touch with my clients, their hopes & visions and I'm very price competitive.  What more could you possibly ask for in a mortgage broker?

I know, yeah I'm a broker but I'm also a banker, tell you about it someday.

In today's troubled market, you need a broker because so many lenders are taking such losses on their existing portfolios that their underwriters are afraid to approve new loans.   That's why  I represent over 40 different healthy, aggressive lenders.

Regardless if you need a 10 million dollar commercial loan or a $80,000.00 home equity loan, I'm always able to attract top-notch lenders and investors into the picture.  Literally there are still thousands of stable lenders in the market right now.  They all do different things at different prices.  Each and every loan is unique in at least one way or another and having the knowledge and resources to find that "perfect fit" is what makes a veteran broker so valuable.

Can you imagine if you have a difficult loan request, having to schedule 19 appointments with 19 different lenders only to be told "NO" 19 times?  Then you find out after hundreds of hours of aggrevation, you could've consulted with me for 19 minutes and I would have said,  "NO   -   PROBLEM"?!

Wait til you get that bill!!  Really though I love being a hero, it happens from time to time.

People, the big one is here.  Get your house in order.  Banks will close.  Not that anyone has liquidity anyway.  Bank core capital requirements are a laugh, fractional reserves,  a printing press and some plastic is all you need to pump up an M2 beyond recognition.  The higher she goes the harder she falls.

Brokers are largely unregulated compared to financial institutions.  Furthermore brokers do represent private investors to a  signifigent level.  Think about it, lending and borrowing goes all the way back to the caveman days.  In times of peace and war, trade is life, regardless of circumstances.  So, if you don't have a broker, you might want to get to know one.

In the last year over 200 lenders have closed their doors, 25000 brokers have left the industry and the biggest lenders are going to require a tax-payer bailout, after the election of course.  (Whose payin for this one? The middle class tax base dissapeared when they passed the GATT/NAFTA treaty)   It's going to dwarf the S&L crisis and will most likely lead to a global currency implosion requiring a new form of worthless fiat, to replace the old form of worthless fiat currency.  Governments will topple and wars will result.  Outside of that, I think rates will stay pretty low.

Hey relax, technology will save us.   It's my job to keep money flowing from Wall Street  to Main Street, regardless.  There's always smart money somewhere.   If a loan makes sense, I'll get the money.

My desire and ability to get to know you, understand you, your goals, and help you achieve your big dreams,  my mission!   I'm an old school,  compassionate, engaging banker that takes your ambitions to heart!  I don't want to get you from point A to point B.  With time, I'll help you navigate the financial jungle of life.

Would you take your mortgage application to Citicorp if they had a mortgage rate  .0125%  lower than I did?   If so, then you probably just cheated your kids out of a college education, but at least you saved $24 a month.

Yes, I'm also a private banker.

You see, Citicorp doesn't offer investments like a 130% securitized sec.32 MBO deposit  trust-deed to the public, but I do.  What you say, CD's are up to 4% APY.

"It's what the American public doesn't know, that makes them the American public".

I only accept 3 new clients a week, 150 per year.  Please accept my invitation to become my next client.

Refinancing your current mortgage has never been HARDER!  If you thought refinancing meant getting buried under mountains of paperwork, think again! Most lenders won't even look at your paperwork!
